The Athletics Department is designed to assist students in understanding the use of sports in ministry. From the development of outreach programs, informal teaching, or planned seminars, students are encouraged to integrate their love of sports with their love of God.

Each year brings new students and new teams. Currently, Heritage has a hockey team, women's volleyball and a co-ed indoor soccer team. Our school also offers intramural programs (e.g. soccer, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball) and annual sports challenges (e.g. Football and soccer versus other Christian colleges).

Our facilities include a full-size gym with a cushioned hardwood floor, a fitness room, and a rock-climbing wall.
