Through Ministry Teams, students and professors alike seek to share their stories, gifts, and insights with your church. Our goal is to be a blessing to your church and increase personal connections.

Ministry Team Options:
A Brief Presentation
A 10-minute presentation about Heritage from either a College or Seminary faculty member. We can provide a presentation during the service or in Sunday school. You may refer instead to have a Heritage booth in the foyer with a staff member answering questions regarding the school.
A DVD/CD-ROM presentation is also available.

The Message
We have a number of excellent College and Seminary professors that would be happy to share God's word with your congregation. Do you have a specific theme or special service? Do you have an event that is geared for college or seminary students? Do you have a request for a specific speaker? We would love to hear from you!

Arts Program Presentation
Each year brings new students and new teams. Options may include the choir, worship or performance teams, and student testimonies. Invite a student team to your church to participate and lead in music worship or to interact with your young people. Learn how God is working in their lives through student testimonies. Our most popular teams include:

Worship/Performance Team - Heritage forms a mixed instrumental/vocal team that leads the congregation in worship as well as provides solos.  This group has a strong desire to share God's love through music and testimony as they join other believers in worshipping Christ.

Heritage Singers - This 20 - 30 voice choir ministers to congregations through a wide variety of musical styles and includes student testimony. The choir is typically accompanied by a speaker from the College or Seminary faculty.  Book this team early as there are limited bookings available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost of a Ministry Team visit?
There is no cost to have a Ministry Team visit your church, however churches will often provide an honorarium or love offering to help cover travel costs, etc. We do ask that the church provide a lunch for the music/arts team after morning services or a snack after the evening services.

When do the teams begin visiting?
The faculty and youth facilitators begin visiting in September The student teams begin visiting in October and continue until April.

What type of music does your worship team offer?
Our worship team offers an eclectic blend of traditional and contemporary music.

How far do the teams travel?
The teams normally travel within a 200 km radius across Southern Ontario.

Can I make a special request?
Definitely! Let us know your requests, however the requests may not always be possible depending on how much notice has been given. Some examples of requests are the following: you may have a theme verse that you would like incorporated into the service, or would like to request a specific speaker. Maybe you would like a visit from an arts team and a faculty member. We are flexible to serve you.
